Custom medals, due to their personalized nature, generally have a very limited or no return policy. Most vendors will not accept returns or offer refunds on custom-made medals unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. You should carefully review the specific return policy of the vendor you are purchasing from before placing your order.
Support from Miracle Custom does not end at product delivery, as we have a responsive after-sales team that provides effective solutions within 8 hours of contact. Replacements are handled quickly and free of charge, requiring no proof of quality issues.
Immediate quality control is the necessary procedure after goods arriving your office or warehouse, or at least check it before you dispatch them to your clients. If the claims requested after goods been used, we won’t be responsible for it, especially for the plating fade out, scratching or mechanism function failure as we have no idea about the way of usage; if the goods stored within 6 months after the invoice date and the packing remained closed, we will be responsible for the claims, but we need your kind cooperation before discount offered or returned for fixing or reproduction for replacement.
We need the photos shots as proof and for some conditions, we need more pictures rather than just one photo, also we will compare the samples kept in our office as well as in the China factory.
Confirm the percentage or actual quantity of defectiveness.
A return authorisation is required for all returns. Return will not be accepted and your account will not be credited if you do not have a return authorisation from Miracle. Sometimes reproduce is more economical and faster than returned for fixing.
If goods needs to be returned, postage fee for sending back and forth is negotiable according to different situations, but we won’t be responsible for your internal postage fee because you should have checked the quality before dispatching in the very beginning.
We will keep you informed the destination, the method (by sea; air or by courier) and the agency…etc. for returned goods.
We believe there are countless different situations for claims and it is hard to name all the circumstances, just simply stress the major issues we need you be cooperative. The more collaborative we are, the sooner the claims solved.
