This means you have an order placed with us and you are now desiring to submit artwork to us for production. So that your artwork can easily be matched with your current order, you may respond to the order confirmation or reference the current order number in the subject line of a new email. Include art files as attachments (see below for quality requirements). In the body of the email you may include any instructions specific to color, text or formatting. If you are aware of any PMS colors/general color descriptions for your artwork that would assist us during the printing process please include that information.

1) We prefer vector art in the following formats: EPS,CDR,PDF. If you must send a raster image, please send it as a large JPEG or GIF file in high resolution (300-600 DPI).

2) Sending 2 different kinds of files is encouraged, as it allows us a better chance of successfully opening one of your files, and it allows us to compare the two for inconsistencies.
